Kozloduy NPP – Information system for operational activities management of Kozloduy NPP (IS OАМ).

IS OAM is designed for collection, storage, processing and efficient use of data and information about the equipment, design requirements and changes in the project.

IS OАМ is an integrated system implemented on a relational database in order to store data on tests, repairs, defects and failures of equipment, design requirements and characteristics of equipment and design changes (technical solutions) in a structured form and meets international requirements for configuration management in nuclear power plants.

The system has been put into operation in 2007 and since then it has been constantly developed and supplemented with new modules.
In 2018, a team from Hemimond AD and GCR AD was assigned to expand the system with two new modules: “Diagnostics and Control” and “TS Monitoring”.

Scope of the project

• Development of a functional specification of the system;
• Testing, verification and validation of the system;
• Personnel training;
• Development of user manuals;
• Commissioning.

Results

As a result of the performed activities, IS OAM has been expanded with two new modules enabling the personnel of Kozloduy NPP to improve their activities in the field of diagnostics and control of the equipment and data management for the technical means used for maintenance and operation of nuclear power plant equipment.
